true
london does spoil you for anywhere smaller though. i look at nice places to live, like where my family are up in cheshire, or the new place down in cornwall, and i think "great, lovely, i could totally dial it down and live here, get a dog and one of those house-husband things to spoil..."

then after about 48 hours i am thinking "how does anyone live in a place where there is a finite number of pubs and you know the same people will be in the same pubs and you will have the same conversation every fri night and every sat night and everyone has pulled each other already and and and..."
