Just had seconds of my turkey chili, really lovely
I'd not add any water next time (I didn't add much) and maybe less chopped tomatoes, as in the end it was quite liquid. But since I was eating it with tiger rolls that worked okay.
It was just the right heat, tingly without being painful, and super-tasty. Definitely freezing a few portions!

but we order in breakfast sandwiches at work on a Friday, I wouldn't want to spoil my appetite.
Given I'm eating out tomorrow night and probably Saturday, this was probably not a great day to make a giant pot of chili.
