it really does make the day specialyou get a call from reception/office services or whatever and you know it's something exciting because they sound all smiley. then you go and see this gorgeous bunch of flowers and there's all the excitement of wondering who they are from... then people coming in all day to ask you and to admire them.... and how beautiful and thoughtful they look.... i love it!
