I can't think of a harder task than writing a constitution which will stick with a country for the next 100-200 years.
I'd just copy the others around the world.

I don't think the worse bit is ousting a dictator but the aftermath.
Isn't Tunisia mostly Muslim?

Wiki said yes. Then I hope that the country doesn't turn further reliously extreme.
