Erm. I...haven't.
I have to be quite drunk to dance usually, because I feel too self conscious, but when I want to dance I'll dance like a total twat til the place closes. Or I fall over and have to sit down for a bit.

Falling down a flight of stairs whilst dancing to "Lust For Life" on a small landing at the top of the stairs with a big spotlight on me.
