Can someone give me a decent excuse as to how I can take this tele back and get a full refund?
Besides throwing it out and window and claiming 'it was like that when I got it out the box'.

They said I can return it within seven days but they charge 15% to take stuff back, as when they sell it on they have to label it as already opened etc.

So that'll cost you £45.00 to return it?
You might be able to negotiate credit, maybe. But it sounds like they are wise to that, if they have that policy in place.

Otherwise, your house insurance and a scam involving them might be your best bet, but I'd imagine you've got a fifty quid excess on that too.

Yeah it will.
I don't think it's bad at all if I'm honest, was just wondering if there was any schemes to get the full amount of wonga back.

I might just not go out for a while so it pays for itself, although it's not that I can't afford it as much as it is it's a stupid amount to spend on something I'm really not that arsed about.

Otherwise, why not see if you can get the most out of your telly by hooking your computer up to it.
At least then, when you stream a film, you'll be able to watch it on a bigger screen.

Just normal tele on it would be fantastic. I have no idea how to get it to work, I think I need an aerial.
To be fair the fact you can stream stuff from your PC wirelessly on your PS3 is ace, currently got Black Swan I downloaded earlier running. Picture is ridiculous.

What irks me about the PS3 though is that *every* fucking game is the same. First/third person futuristic shooter.

I've never had a playstation (I'd never use it) so I couldn't tell you about that.
Get the telly set up properly and keep it.

You can probably return the PS3 if you need to.

Bought a tele for £310 that I realised I don't want or need.
It is amazing but I'm bored with it already. See also the Playstation (purchased Saturday).
