OK I'm gonna have a misplaced rant about herewhat the hell is the point in shit things happening if you can't fucking help someone else when similar shit things happen to them? FFS, i'd have thought it would have been useful for something and now I am powerless to do a damn thing for my friend except keep my phone on me in case he needs to talk. Why can't I fucking fix this?
