Don't knock 'em til you've tried themthey're bloody awesome. I was going to make them today for paddy's day (not that I'm irish or give a shit about it, it just seemed like the right day to make that cake) but apparently we're having a charity cake whatsit tomorrow so I'll make them for then instead.

Well the baileys in the frosting is optional.But meh, extra booze in food is rarely a bad thing.
