I do not take multivitamins because they make me sick.
Now, what sort of multivitamin are you taking that doesn't have iron?

I don't know, I'd have thought they would
I was hoping I could just OD on them to sort me out. Anyway, I'm about to make a spinach and black pudding and sausage and egg and courgette thing
(, Fri 25 Mar 2011, 19:17, Reply)
I've never had black pudding.

It contains large amounts of blood
But you don't have to be a vampire to eat it.
(, Fri 25 Mar 2011, 19:25, Reply)
but does it turn you into a vampire?
I'm not a huge fan of blood.
(, Fri 25 Mar 2011, 19:29, Reply)
I've not noticed turning into a vampire yet
But maybe it's one of those things you can't notice in yourself.

yummy yummy blood

I think the clue is the fact that iron isn't a vitamin
You can tell because it isn't called "vitamin [letter]".

Top tip right there.
