tell me what SKILL stands for.

There are a number of variations on the SKILL insult.
If you, as a child, were asked if you were 'skill' (and back in the 70s, if you did something awesome, you'd probably describe yourself as being 'skill') you answered 'yes'

You'd either be accused of having African Bum Disease, or being 'the Skillest Kid in Lezzie Land'
