well that's 10 mins walk away. Princes St is 15.
I think I'm entitled to call that city centre ;)

That area is a fuck sight nicer than the New Town anyway.. IMO.

I'm always amazed at how compact the city centre seems to be.
It's like an Escher print; you turn a corner and find yourself exactly where you were ten minutes ago.

Dean Village always astounds me.
How you manage to fit a place like that between Gorgie and Stockbridge without anyone noticing is beyond me really.

I used to live in Gorgie which is also a 15 minute walk from Princes Street
but it is a shitehole.
