It melts into the hot water
It is seriously good!

I use a small waterproof Tupperware container and shove anything nice out of the fridge in, then raid the condiments cupboard for sesame oil, soy, chilli sauce, etc.

You can cook them at home
and re-heat? I've not tried them reheated, so maybe they're not as nice as they sound.
