That's exactly why I plan my jogging routes along the river!Pretty flowers in sunshine takes my mind off the burning pain in my thighs.
I do still listen to music when I run but had to take "The Island" by Pendulum off my playlist, it had the effect of making me run like a mentalist for 9 minutes and then suddenly realise I was dying.
