so its taken me nearly 30 years

I ran it when I was about 14 at school sports day I think
Took me the best part of 20 seconds. It turns out running it fast is harder than they make it look on telly

My defence for being crap at running was that it was a useless thing to be good at unless a) you actually became an Olympic sprinter or b) you live in Toxteth or Moss Side
