Because instead of staying on the wall safe and sound, the daft sod jumped down into the back yard where the dogs where.
They were on a lead but not a short lead thus causing havoc and giving my mum a bad rope burn on her leg.

The dogs don't go into my house because they can smell the cats and they go crazy.
