y'know how I said it was sunny but that it was going to rain??
in the last fifteen minutes, the rain clouds have come, and my hip is throbbiiiiing. It's gonna rain soon. There goes my walk for today.

You could go for a walk in the rain.
Or is Australian rain as dangerous as your spiders?
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 0:14, Reply)
my balance is shit already, I'm not walking in the rain alone.

(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 0:18, Reply)
What does today hold in story for you if walking is out of the question?
(And did you get your car sorted?)

It's gonna be another quiet study day.
it's paying off- all my studying. got a really good mark on my Anatomy and Physiology Prac yesterday.

And yes - dad fixed it. He's a good handyman!
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 0:26, Reply)
Yay for dads!
Well done on getting good marks.

Had life at Uni settled down now, or is it still really lively with people making shed-loads of noise at all hours?
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 0:30, Reply)
well actually I was the only person on my half of the floor last night,
so was nice and quiet, but saturdays usually are unless there's an event on. I heard someone talking at 3 but I was half awake anyway.
Nah I was asleep by about 9:30 last night.

I'm holding you personally responsible
Of all the mammals that have disappeared in the past 200 years, nearly half were Australian.

(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 0:40, Reply)
It's not a terribly good record though
You should petition your government - give them some shiny beads or shells or however it works over there.

It was a nation founded on convicts.
What did you expect?
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 0:41, Reply)
excuse me I'm not related to the convicts.

(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 0:47, Reply)
But then you probably aren't* responsible for the MURDER of all those animals.
*I have no evidence, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt. For now.
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 0:51, Reply)
the only animals I have ever killed were two blackbirds who flew into my windscreen while I was driving.
I had to pull over and cry. I got such a fright and felt so awfully guilty.
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 0:53, Reply)
so you'll be the first in the family then?

I joke, I joke

(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 1:16, Reply)
What would you like your criminal skills to be in?

(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 1:18, Reply)
I have no idea.
I'd like to be like, super rich and super anonymous though. If only for the ease it would make travelling.
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 1:19, Reply)
Poppet the Pimpernel!

It's going to be sunny here tomorrow
it'd better be sunny, anyway. I went and read The Great Gatsby in the park and went very slightly pink. It was lovely, and I demand round two for tomorrow.
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 1:37, Reply)
What are you doing posting
Shouldn't you be up to your guts in nuts?
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 1:42, Reply)
He has work early tomorrow
we went to our respective homes. He only came back to mine last night because I was wearing sexy undies for his birthday.
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 1:43, Reply)
At work early on a Sunday?
Those papers won't deliver themselves.
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 1:45, Reply)
Kids coaching innit.
Last weekend of term though, so he has a two week break. Hopefully I will see more of him....
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 1:47, Reply)
It must be some comfort.
Going out with a CRB check individual! How was the pub (and his friends) and how is the zit?
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 1:49, Reply)
Managed to get away with the zit
it was dark in Rileys. I am not as bad at snooker as I thought I'd be, even though I've been drinking.
Jagerbombs are horrible.
I met his parents, his nana, his best mate and some other people. His dad and his best mate in particular were fairly vocal in their approval. This is a good thing.
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 1:50, Reply)
You met the parents!
This is a big step, surely?

Have got gone 'official' with your status now! That's really quite exciting news.
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 1:53, Reply)
Not official yet
he is lovely though, and pocket-sizedly convenient. I want to keep him. Meeting the family was more by accident than design. But they all seem nice, and I trust they thought the same of me.
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 1:55, Reply)
Sounds like you'll be rounding off the weekend in winning style then berk
*Goes off to buy a new hat, after telling you to 'go for it' all those weeks ago*

Have you told him about your alternative life on OT?
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 1:59, Reply)
Lordy no
I have mentioned b3ta in very vague terms, but that's all. I don't want him to know all my sordid little secrets!
I'm not sure if I get to see him tomorrow; he's fairly busy I think. Shame :(
(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 2:02, Reply)
Please tell me his best mate was called Benny.

(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 2:04, Reply)
Steve.

(, Sun 10 Apr 2011, 2:04, Reply)
Rubbish.
I was hoping that TC had a mate like this.
