A vaguely serious question, if I may?
I have to say why I left my last job. The real reason is that the shift leader hated my department head and fostered an attitude of 'us and them' between us and her precious babies. It ended up making my working life impossible, and I just couldn't work in the same building as her.

Now, how do I address this without making it sound like I was a difficult, troublemaking bastard? I know potential employers don't want to hear about 'personal or compatibility issues'.
