Normal sushi rice =)
Sushi is quite healthy though, isn't it? I mean it seriously, because I mostly get that for lunch on account of it being a resonably healthy meal (rice + fish + a bit of wassabi/soy/ginger). If it's not a healthy meal, then I won't get it so much.

The pulped fruit is better than no fruit, but I agree, it's not an alternative to real fruit.

I'm really looking forward to Brook's Diner =D Are you still thinking about coming up my way for swimming? I'd like to join you if you do.

Hmm...
It's pretty healthy - low fat and the nori is fine. But white rice is a bit meh nutrition-wise. It's OK, but not if you eat it all the time, because then you're not getting enough fibre or fruit/veg. Vary your diet, Gonz!
Yes, swimming will commence in May, after work. Of course you can come.

Yeh', that makes sense.
I think I might book an appoitment with a nutritionist because although a lot of the things I eat are wrong and I know they're wrong... there are a lot of things that I eat that I don't really realise are wrong, or things that I think are wrong so leave out but are actually right.

And a lot of things that are good for most people, are shit for me, 'cus of spazguts.. like carrots for example.

right/wrong meaning 'good/bad for you'

I think some proper advice for a man of your liquidity would be advisable.
Let them know about your mongsides when you book the appointment, so you can get the most out of it.
You won't have to eat good stuff 100% of the time! But it might make your life a little easier, Gonzeroos.

I wouldn't fucking bother
nutrionists are sham woo-mongers of the highest arse order. Try a clinically registered dietician. I can claim I'm a nutritionist, for a start. As I believe has been said by Dara O'Brien, nutritionist is to dietician what toothiologist is to dentist.

*to both of you*
Yeah', the specialists at the hospital can hook me up with someone proper, I didn't say dietition because I don't really know. But whoever the docs set me up with will be good.
