Morning mate
Don't know how you run in the evenings. I tried it last week and thought I was going to die. Did 7 miles this morning, bloody chuffed.

I did my first run of the year last night.
I had to leave my car outside the garage when I picked up Mrs Cows. Decided to run up last night on a scenic route to go and get it. I dont get the chance to run on a morning so did about 4.5 miles last night.

as there were loads along the pathways I was running along!
