Went to my first NLP lesson, I went in for Hypno, but that is where it lead, it was alright really, enjoyed it, going back next week.
I got about a grand's worth of work that I want to do, which includes £300 stop smoking and £300 lose weight. Worth every penny if it works though.

Made a well lush dinner, a veriation on my Cheat's Indian Tandoori Kabab things, seriously good stuff, got me about 70p for the sour cream and £1 for two onions (of which I used one)... the rest I had everything.

I've used NLP before, I've got various books on the subject somewhere as well, it's really useful.
Do you think you'd lose weight if you stopped making some nommy things?

I think about 50% of what I make isn't really that bad, 30% is average but still only to have as a 'treat', and about 20% is horrific fat wise.
I'll still cook, but hopefully differently.

Hypno doesn't work on me.
I have trouble letting go.

Well that's me clean out of ideas.
Why not have some more cider. Cider makes things better.

Try dangling the watch from your cock.
It would be like a grandfather's clock to a cat.

I did it when I was about 12 for my needlephobia, and it really helped, wasn't a cure, but helped a lot.
I can't do Yoga or Meditation though.
