Quiet. Very quiet
A whole day to myself. No kids. No man.
Just me, paper, pen and now wine and cheese.

I've spent it in bed, lounging and watching movies and sleeping.
I had seven hours last night then two hours this morning and two more this afternoon. So far I have watched Tere Bin Laden and The Good The Bad The Weird. I can't decide whether to watch 127 Hours, Catfish, District 9, Dude Where's My Car, Inception, Shutter Island or Tron Legacy again.

Mt favourite part of having a sick day...
..is watching films in bed. Out of those choices I'd say Shutter Island is the best lazing in bed film. The last time I managed one I watched A Man For All Seasons, The Taking Of Pelham 123 (Matthau), Rope, The Hidden and Serpico. That was a good day.

Why?

I saw the first Saw film, thought it was ok but needlessly and glamorously gory.
I just don't really get the motivation behind watching them. I've never been a fan of stuff that scares me, I have a brain that doesn't get enjoyment from stuff like horror films or rollercoasters.

I've had a rather excellent Saturday, thank you.
I discovered that one of my absolute favouritest in the whole world German dishes is on a special promotion at Lidl, so I went and stocked up, then threatened the old man that he will have to try some tomorrow.
Then I watched DJ's team get spectacularly gubbed in the SFA Cup Semi-final.
Then mr b3th cooked us a really lovely gammon joint, so I am full as well as happy.
Then I set up a facebook page for my eBay trading account, cross-promoted with my Zazzle store, and offered my first promotion. Considering I was supposed to do a load of packing and post office-ing, and I haven't done it, I feel strangely productive.
Ooh, I also did a load of laundry, and mr b3th took a car full of bin bags to the tip for me.
...aaaaaaaand...... relax.
How are you?

Went to my first NLP lesson, I went in for Hypno, but that is where it lead, it was alright really, enjoyed it, going back next week.
I got about a grand's worth of work that I want to do, which includes £300 stop smoking and £300 lose weight. Worth every penny if it works though.
Made a well lush dinner, a veriation on my Cheat's Indian Tandoori Kabab things, seriously good stuff, got me about 70p for the sour cream and £1 for two onions (of which I used one)... the rest I had everything.
