I'm considering cooking for her, I've managed to pick up a couple of beautiful, fat duck fillets, although I'm not sure what to do with them yet

Honey and five spice
Sear skin side down, and turn over for last couple of mins. Leave to rest and carve. Serve with good mashed potato and wilted spinach
