I didn't enjoy Maderia that much when I went.
You've been there before, what do you like about it - I assume I missed the good bits.

i love it
the resort is perched right on top of cabo girao, which is the 2nd highest sea cliff in the world, so the views are amazing. it's very hot and there are nice walks to do and the food is lovely, lots of nice fish and fruit and green wine...

it is an old bids' holiday though, there will be no wild partying and pulling action!

It was the last holiday I had with the ex.
That probably has added bearing on my view of the place.
