A rather tasty spicy sausage sandwich, washed down with diet coke
Good thing I'm not actually dieting, the level of calories in those things is probably astronomical.

Where did you buy the sandwich?
Can't you see the calories it has?

Nope, bought the sausages and the bread seperately
Sausages from the hot counter, and a fresh tiger baguette.

Shouldn't be too bad
providing you didn't eat too many.

2 large sausages (fnarr)
I'm likely to not even eat tea after that though, I'm absolutely fecking stuffed!

That's not good for your metabolism
You better eat some salad and a bit of ham without fat or an egg. Skipping meals is the best way to put on way (unless you skip ALL your meals)

Salad is a good idea
I've got some chicken in the fridge too, I might make a pasta salad for the next day or so.

Just don't add too much pasta
or it won't be any good for your diet :)

With any pasta salad, I tend to go mental with the green peppers, so I'm hoping I should be alright there!

Should be!
Mmmm peppers and fresh tomatoes.

I'm currently going through a stage of putting black pepper on everything too, wonder what that'd be like on a cold pasta salad?
