It looks liek all the enamel has been ground off with some kind of machine. It is not the kind of damage you get in transport.
He used the phrase " I am sure any court in the land will find in my favour" and I wanted to reply "maybe in crazy scottish land but not down here in sensible land"

Our official policy is 48 hours but we normally allow more if we like the customer
