my coke ribs worked pretty well, received acclaim from all tasters at my barbecue.Next time I'd reduce the coke down to make a sauce I think, but I was exhausted yesterday so just cooked them on a gentle simmer in coke for an hour or two, then doused them with chiptole Tabasco and grilled for a couple of minutes each side on the barbecue. Really good.
