I've totally just invented Beatroot'n'Horseraddish sorbet with a creme fresh base.Really healthy, only one teaspoon of sugar, the stock tastes really good, I can imagine it'll be ace cold.

OK, I just went to it and it was still boiling hot.So I've figured it out, you need to put the base into the freezer before you start.

I was wondering that for ages, thought maybe possibly there was an electical connection between the spinner and the base (even though I couldn't see one) that had a cooling unit in the base.(
