I'm feeling rather chipper, it's fucking lovely.
FOOD. I'm cooking stuff tonight - beef and ale stew and dumplings, making a big batch of garlic and herb butter for the freezer and making a marinade for 2.5kg of chicken wings. What are the staple foods in your house?

I do a mean beef in beer in the slowcooker - I've got the ingredients in at the moment in fact
but at least once a week I'll do a chicken, leek and mushroom fricassee. I almost always have mushrooms and leeks knocking about.
