I have to disagree with you
None of those films are better than The Shawshank Redemption, although The Great Escape pushes it close. Cool Hand Luke is a great film but, like Hud, something of a one-man show. I have scant regard for Midnight Express and Scum, once the shock factor has waned, has not aged well
