I don't think it would work with the band though. They don't quite understand.

arguments were like
"we've got a following" - yeah, but it's only our friends and some people we know from the pub
"we've got two cds out" - they're not 'out', and they are frankly a bit shit

still didn't work. The trouble is, most of the band aren't horrible music snobs like you and I
