mmm I don't think it'll be a long, Hilly one.But I'm definitely going to try for half an hour to an hour on the flat. ease back into it.

Beach may beckon.The trouble with living where we do is that the beach is ten minutes away, and some seriously hilly walks, half an hour.

ahhh, see I live within five minutes drive of the beach and an extinct volcano in either direction. so I just mosey on over and then walk until I get hungry. And then I walk back to my car and go home for foood.

That's not an issue, it's just we're spoiled for choice.We live in just about the most sparsely populated county in England, and there are all sorts of awesome places to go within a very short distance.
