Unlikelyunless the bomb was armed before the plane went down, which is possible. Nuclear bombs are quite stable unless deliberately set off.

There was a really interesting programme on the radio a while backwhere a guy was talking about how if you let off a nuclear bomb in Central Park what sort of mega tonnes would reach what distance.
