When I used to work at Newcastle UniThere was a guy called George whose ONLY topic of conversation was about motorbikes and motorbike racing. After 4 years it did start to get slightly tedious.
In terms of dreams, I have mental ones all the time. They are like LSD sci-fi ones, or odd things like that.
