I was shown around somewhere like that a few months agoit was in a basement, completely soundproofed, with no phone-line, no mobile signal and a massive metal-plated double door with a locking system like something out of submarine. I had a minor panic when my friend shut the door. And this was built with the expectation that someone would happily spend hours and hours working in there.
