The low conviction rate is always brought up in these situations, and it's true, but the trouble is, in the vast majority of cases, it's one persons word against anothers, so the chances of conviction are always going to be low, especially when so many cases are between two people who were drunk or on drugs at the time.
If you are attacked by a stranger and raped, the conviction rate is pretty high.

difficult to prove when you're friends with the rapist, and more when many stupid blondes like to play the "No, no" game, making a real "No" difficult to understand for some men.

If it's a real no, you don't get in trouble for all the raping and that and if it's not a real no then you get to be all passive-aggressive and teach her for playing mind games.

when each party truly believes their version of events.
Or when some stupid bint decides after the fact that she regrets it, and decides to cry rape. In this instance, the man is essentially screwed.
