Nail on the headOne of my biggest gripes as regards Ballroom is how much appearance counts for and how being orange seems to have retained importance as a convention. There's something very sobering about using a bathroom mirror to do your tie up and having to share it with a man who's painting his face orange using ridiculously heavy foundation.
