Are you talking about Fight Club?I think there may be an age thing, if you hadn't spent some time in the tedium of the the working world then the fundamental underlying cause of the story may have missed you.

I have to agree with thisI had no such experience when I first saw the film but have grown to appreciate it more since doing so.
