i do wish people with asian names would have the courtesy to rename themselves something
that an ignoramus like me can understand. if they are going to rent or buy properties that i have to deal with, i mean.

i have no chance of following all these interchangeable names and it's driving me insane trying to track who is actually the same person through reams of correspondence. argh. ARGH.
