It's basically only eat stuff that digests slowly so your blood sugar stays steady and the peaks in blood sugar don't get stored as fat.

quite similar to the one I was doing before. It worked really well and I never felt hungry. Problem is that it was really expensive. You can still have sashimi.

mainly vege and eggs, some ham and stuff. Takes a bit of time to prepare but not ages.

Don't you try to eat a lot of meat and fish and stuff like that? I mainly eat those, and it was a lot more expensive than just going for salads, but if I go only for salads I'm starving after a minute.
