Move your pointer over it and click the button. No, that button. No, you've moved it away again. Put the pointer in that box and click that button. Now you can type. No, you need to put spaces in. That's that big long key. No, not after every letter.

hehe - I still have handouts I used to make to help with keyboards and IE if you want them
(although you probably already have stuff like that)

We used to get them playing games to get used to the mouse

They're all using laptops
so hardly any of them have mouses, but thanks for the offer. And I'm not strictly speaking a teacher. It's more of a club, and I'm just on hand to help them with any issues they have. It's just run in my local pub, and I volunteered to run it because I work at home and am free during the day.
