Similarly frequent and gushing waffle about the digestive progress of your lunch might do the trick. Particularly if you work in a hospital and can persuade a friendly radiographer to sort you out some scans. And naturally every visit to the bathroom should be accompanied by a tweet announcing "it's a boy!"
