It's not just dancing though Kitty
and to say otherwise is desperately naive. It's a form of dance developed purely to be sexually provocative to men. The fact that it's good exercise and hard to do doesn't change that.

I thought it started out as a circus skill.

Yes and yoyo's started out as a deadly weapon
so giving yoyo's to a child is BAD PARENTING

It depends on how you dance though.
salsa dancing can get pretty filthy but I don't judge women who do that. Women dance pretty provocatively on Saturday nights in clubs without a pole in sight and no one complains about that. I'm fully aware of the stigma that surrounds pole dancing but I'm just saying that that's not all it has to be.

I don't do it in front of men, I don't do it for men and I don't wear a thong whilst doing it. Plus if you'd seen me dancing you might change your mind about how sexy it is.

And once again you're calling me naive. Pack it in.

I still don't think the pictures are sexy though, to me it's like being photographed in the gym
but that's just how I see it, narrow minded people just see a pole and think "whore". My holiday photos are much more revealing, I'm sure you'll agree having looked through them all in fine detail.
