if he told you he was too tired then fine, but if he just said no, without a reason, and you started anyway without first getting permission then you could be in trouble.

I think I got it right every time, as I've got no complains!
To be honest, sometimes I've been told no because we were friends and the guy didn't want to break the friendship, but after a bit of talking and touching he'd change his mind, and the frienships are still there!
