Not sure
There's certainly a lot more movies from the last 20-30 years in my collection than older ones. That said my favourite movie of all time is It's a Wonderful Life.

*Edit* Old Disney films are better than the new ones.

No diggity
I had a worryingly fervent argument with my best mate's girlfriend the other day because she made the outrageous claim that Pocahontas was better than Bambi
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:10, Reply)
It was
None of them are good, but c'mon, Bambi is just awful, one of the worst films I've ever seen. Nothing happens on it. Nothing.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:12, Reply)
No, BAMBI

(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:14, Reply)
Am I missing somthing?
Did they make a porn version of Bambi?
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:17, Reply)
The suggestion that Bambi is shit is absurd
It has probably the most affecting death scene in all cinema
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:21, Reply)
No way
And in any case, apart from that, there's a whole film of nothingness. I think it's the only Disney movie that I didn't like.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:24, Reply)
*sharp intake of breath*
It's a good thing you're pretty
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:26, Reply)

You! Take my Sig right now you bum licky internet joyboy!
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:28, Reply)
Well
It's a good thing you're nice. You're the first person I know that liked Bambi.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:29, Reply)
You're the first person I know who didn't
We should definitely mate
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:32, Reply)
That's excuse number 127
But yeah, why not. Maybe in a few months, I don't feel very sexy right now.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:36, Reply)
You let me know when you're up to it

(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:44, Reply)
I'd think
you'll have to wait at least around 7 months, maybe more.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:48, Reply)
OK!
*checks watch*
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:52, Reply)
The top 3 Disney films are....
Robin Hood
Jungle Book
Alice in Wonderland

In any order. Anyone who disagrees is a massive cunt so their opinion doesn't count.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:15, Reply)
Don't like Jungle Book much
but I love Snow White and The Lion King. And I like the music on The Little Mermaid.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:18, Reply)
WAIT, WAIT, WAIT
I FORGOT!!!

The best Disney movie ever is Hercules!
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:18, Reply)
Opinion doesn't count

(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:22, Reply)
I don't understand
You don't like Hercules?
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:23, Reply)
Not what I said
Its not top 3 though. Because Robin Hood, Alice in Wonderland and The Jungle Book are the top 3.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:25, Reply)
My daughter claims Cinderella is the best Disney film
but she is only 3 so I could beat her in a fight easily if it came to it.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:26, Reply)
No
Because the Jungle Book is not top 3
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:27, Reply)
Opinion doesn't count,

(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:28, Reply)
it's ok, The Jungle Book is clearly top 3

(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:33, Reply)
Best songs, best characters, best script, best plot
No contest really.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:36, Reply)
I also agree that Robin Hood is top 3
and I'm not sure I've ever seen the Disney Alice in Wonderland, so I can't comment
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:38, Reply)
Smoke a large one, put it on and sit back and enjoy the ride

(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:51, Reply)
Me and my sister fucking loved Robin Hood when we were kids
We used to watch it all the time, I can probably still quote a lot of it despite not having seen it in fifteen years or so.

Bambi's better though. As is Beauty and the Beast.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:19, Reply)
Really?
You really like Bambi? But it's a film without argument. Nothing happens on it, afther the mother is dead. Awful thing.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:21, Reply)
Opinion doesn't count,

(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:23, Reply)
Robin Hood was the first Disney film I saw..
..and it's still my favourite. Followed by The Sword in the Stone and Lilo & Stitch
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:33, Reply)
2/3 of your opinion doesn't count
1/3 correct.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:35, Reply)
Bambi is the worst Disney film ever, and if you think it's better you really are a boring dull cunt.

(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:51, Reply)
I said something similar
but in a nicer way.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:52, Reply)
I'm glad you agree then.

(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:56, Reply)

loved Robin Hood
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 15:19, Reply)
I loved this one

(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:11, Reply)
I see this about 10 times a week at the moment.
The kids love it. I must confess that the horse is cool
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:11, Reply)
I like the pan
It's the best!
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:13, Reply)
Everytime I see it I think
"Fuck, her hair must be filthy"
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:13, Reply)
She had nothing to do all day
but washing and brushing it. And it was magic too.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:18, Reply)
It looked heavy too

(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:24, Reply)
I bet it was
I would have hated having hair like that.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:28, Reply)
My daughter likes it though
so I won't ruin it for her.
(, Thu 9 Jun 2011, 14:29, Reply)
At least
your daughter doesn't want to have hair like her.
