ah soz,i am learning to be a chef a bit, very slowly (from a kp level basically) and am trying to get enough skillz to get them to serve a whole meal made by me, to be honest, well you gotta have aims aint you.

Nice!I am mostly sticking to single pan dishes, slowcooker casseroles and stuffed chicken breasts.

I learnt how to make mushroom duxellesfrom a shooters sandwich recipe in the guardian.
Some of that plus some blue cheese is fantastic stuffed in a chicken breast and wrapped in pancetta.
