It depends how much you put on.
A each-way bet is made up of two parts. Half of your bet is betting on the horse to 'win' and the other half of your money is betting on the horse to 'place' (in this case, as there were 10 horses running, the bookies pay out on the first 3 past the post) based on the horse finishing 3rd, you'll get one quarter of the odds for the portion of your bet that is allocated on the horse getting placed.
