Like I say they think they have equal say, even when we try and point out that we need to be consistent and supportive of each other.

but since you seem to be going through a rough period with him, maybe scale back the interaction with the grandparents for a couple of weeks

I've met them and they're lovely.
They just love their only grandchild and I think, don't fully understand the implications of his mental state and the need for firm and consistent handling of him.
