I finally came up with a limerick this morning whilst in the shower
No I don't know why I was thinking about Darth in the shower, but let's put that to one side for now.

Young Darth had a terrible itch
In his ringpiece was inserted a stitch
Despite a rectal prolapse
He still managed to gasp
“MARTIN, 32, TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST, FROM NORWICH”
