If something is new - but good* - that's fine by me. I'm not a complete imbecile.
*Jim Jones' latest band, for example. But on the whole the new bands I hear are just shit.

I might not like them, but it's unlikely that I'll lambast you for it.

I love hearing new stuff. 2 of my very favourite bands have been recommendations from people on here.
