but since I don't really know how, I showed him as best I could, but then went and bought "Photoshop CS3 for Dummies".
He got in a massive paddy yesterday because he's lost the spare set of keys to our old office which resulted in him telling me to fuck off. And then today he's rearranged a directors meeting to a day when I need to be in London that night, despite having already made a number of plans (and bought gig tickets) revolving around the fact that I was supposed to be down near Brighton the two days afterwards.

if you were to present the gift to him as if nothing had happened would this help smooth things to get you to the gig etc. that seems to be the important aspect.
